VISION, MISSION AND OBJECTIVES

The foundation has four objectives
  1. The foundation has formulated 4 objectives a. Providing insight and understanding of female leadership around the world and the continuous development of this insight and understanding b. Develop and promote female leadership globally c. Establishing, organizing and maintaining one or more social networks and having dialogues and interviews with female leaders d. Setting up and organizing projects with a societal and social responsibility concerning political, economic and / or social topics for more and less developed areas in the world.
  2. The foundation has the following principles in realizing its objectives Mission: a greater share of female leadership in new leadership around the world Vision: activities that exemplify new leadership around the world.

THE REMUNERATION POLICY

The remuneration policy for policymakers is described in the articles of association. The board members do not receive any remuneration for their work.

There are no staff or management,and therefore there is no remuneration.

What we can do for you

At GWL we organize inspiring presentations for large and small groups, short and longer presentations in English and Dutch, interactive workshops, and large events.

We are also available and can be hired as a moderator, speaker, dialogue facilitator, workshop facilitator, executive coach, life coach, career coaching and we also provide various leadership training courses.

We can tailor all programs to your requirements and needs; in collaboration with you.

THE STORY ABOUT THE BOOK

Claudia Hopman started in 2011 with her desire to contribute to the development of new leadership and to increase the share of female leadership.

She has conducted interviews with female leaders at multinationals in various countries over 6 continents: India, South Africa, Suriname, Russia, New York and Australia amongst others. A selection of these interviews are detailed in a book including an 18-minute documentary film.

The book also provides images of CSR projects for young leaders.
